Things have gotten better and that is mostly due to my interaction with, and assistance I've received on multiple occasions from Paige. She is very good at addressing concerns and attentive to customer needs."

She has been very responsive and helping me with this situation. Been back and forth with this locksmith company and trying to get a proper itemized receipt for the claim department. She has been working on my behalf in helping handle this situation. It’s refreshing to talk to someone who is helpful and cares. As angry as I am about this situation… I fully trust her and know that she is working hard on my behalf. Without a doubt giving this girl 5 stars!"

"I very recently again purchased State Farm Insurance for my car. I was unhappy with my previous State Farm carrier and then, I found Sarah at Bobbie Simpson State Farm in Collinsville, Il. I was having some personal issues and it took us a couple of weeks to connect. She was wonderful to work with. She answered all my questions, had the patience of a saint. I have had State farm for years and my husband years before that. But I got angry at my agent i had at the time. I was very unhappy with that agent for almost 3 years. So I took my time deciding to leave state farm. So I switched to another company altogether and was not happy with that policy. So, after six months I went back to what I knew. Went to a different city almost 3 hours away. Computers and phones make it easy to stay in touch. And I saved money and I have my good insurance back. I couldn't be happier. No matter where you live in Illinois or in surrounding areas, please give Sarah a call. Thank you so much much, Sarah for your patience and your kindness in helping me."
